Ben Rental is a concierge and travel logistics service based in Florida, United States. We arrange vehicle rentals, executive transfers, and related services on behalf of our clients.

We do not own or rent out vehicles. Vehicles are owned and supplied by independent partner companies. Our role is to arrange the booking, coordinate documentation and logistics, and support you throughout the service. The rental agreement for the vehicle itself is entered into between you and the partner that supplies it.

Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
• Driver's license details, including license number, issuing state or country, and expiration date
• Date of birth and age, to confirm eligibility to rent
• Payment information, including billing name and address
• Rental details such as dates, pickup and return locations, vehicle preferences, and additional drivers
• Photographs or scans of identity documents you submit to complete a rental
• Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone, or through our website

• Referral source, including whether you arrived from an advertisement

Vehicle location and telematics

Vehicles arranged through our service are equipped with GPS tracking by the partner companies that own them, for safety, logistics, and asset protection. During your use period, location and related vehicle data may be recorded. Your consent to this tracking is addressed in the service agreement you sign before the vehicle is released. This data is used only for the purposes described in that agreement and in this policy, and is not used for advertising.

• Prepare and deliver service agreements, and pass required documents to the partner supplying the vehicle
• Send you service messages about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, delivery and return coordination, and payment notices
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Comply with legal, insurance, tax, and regulatory obligations
• Prevent fraud and protect our clients, our partners, and our business
• Locate a vehicle when required for safety, recovery, or in response to an incident, in accordance with your service agreement
• Improve our services and measure the performance of our advertising

We use WhatsApp to communicate with customers about bookings and services.

What we send. Booking confirmations, document requests, payment links, rental agreements, pickup and delivery coordination, return reminders, and responses to your questions.

Automated responses. Some initial replies may be generated automatically to answer common questions quickly. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Consent. By starting a conversation with us on WhatsApp, contacting us through a WhatsApp link or advertisement, or providing your phone number when booking, you agree to receive service messages from us at that number.

Opting out. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP, or by contacting us at bentourismllc@gmail.com. Opting out of service messages may limit our ability to coordinate your rental.

Message content. Your conversations with us are transmitted through WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with:

• Partner vehicle suppliers, who provide the vehicle for your booking. They receive the information they need to complete the rental, which may include your name, contact details, driver's license information, and booking dates. Each partner handles that information under its own privacy practices.
• Payment processors, to charge for services, hold deposits, and issue refunds
• Identity verification providers, to confirm that your documents are authentic and belong to you
• Messaging and email providers, to deliver the communications described above
• Insurance providers, when a claim, incident, or coverage question arises in connection with a service we arranged
• Service providers who help us operate our business, including hosting and software vendors, and who are bound to protect your information
• Law enforcement, courts, tolling authorities, and government agencies, when required by law or when necessary to respond to violations, tolls, fines, or incidents involving a vehicle used in a service we arranged

We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet legal, tax, insurance, and accounting requirements.

Identity documents and verification records are retained for the period required to support any potential claim, dispute, toll, or citation arising from the services we arrange for you, and are deleted after that period expires.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted storage, access controls limiting who can view identity documents, and secure transmission. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request that we correct information that is inaccurate
• Request that we delete your information, subject to our legal and contractual obligations
• Withdraw your consent to receive messages from us
• Ask questions about how your information is used
